Bookings

A confirmed booking requires full payment or a valid credit card guarantee. Rates are per room, per night and exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is from 2:00 PM. Check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be charged.

Cancellation

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in are complimentary. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged for one night's stay.

Payments

Payments are processed securely via our payment partner Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and popular wallets.

Guest conduct

Guests are requested to respect the tranquillity of the hotel and other guests. The management reserves the right to refuse service in cases of misconduct or damage.

Damage & liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. The hotel is not liable for personal belongings left unattended.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Delhi.
